"Team Dignitas is a powerhouse brand, now strengthened by the backing of the Philadelphia 76ers; we are extremely proud to represent their colors,” fox said in a news release. “We are eager to begin practicing with this new lineup, we’ve all known each other a long time and believe we will have good synergy.

"Through hard work and preparation we will do our best to live up to the expectations of our fans and become a top, international team.”

Maikelele is a renown Swedish AWPer who is best know for his time with Ninjas in Pyjamas, as well as the international squad that has played under the Team Kinguin, G2 Esports and FaZe Clan banners.

Both fox and jkaem were former teammates of Maikelele on G2 Esports and FaZe Clan. fox more recently acted as a stand-in for SK Gaming and finished in the Top 4 at the ELEAGUE Major 2017.

pita is best known for his time as the coach for Ninjas in Pyjamas during the team's strongest period in CS:GO, when they won the ESL One Cologne 2014 Major and made the Grand Finals at the at DreamHack Winter 2014 and ESL One Katowice 2015 Majors.

RUBINO was most recently a member of the Danish stack that was formerly part of Dignitas and moved on to form North, but was eventually replaced by Philip "aizy" Aistrup on Feb. 8.

When the former Dignitas squad left the organization to form North, Dignitas stated that their new squad would be an "international Counter Strike: Global Offensive team based in North America." It's unclear if Dignitas intends on relocating the squad to the NA region.
