According to the Dota 2 Major's Registration site, David "Moo" Hull has left Digital Chaos.

In a followup tweet, Moo clarified that he was removed from the roster. The team have not made an official announcement giving reasons for the decision.

A rising star on the scene who gave a standout performance at The International 2016, Moo is relatively new to competitive Dota, having first played professionally with ROOT Gaming in spring 2015. TI6 was his first TI appearance after ROOT failed to qualify for TI5. Moo later played with Team Archon, until the team disbanded ahead of The Manila Major.

DC was the Cinderella story of The International, with a Loser’s Bracket run that took them all the way from Round 2 to the Grand Final against Wings. Though they lost 3-1, the NA squad managed to take down some tough competition on their way there, including Fnatic, EHOME and Evil Geniuses.

Moo's performances on Timbersaw and Beastmaster had a major impact on DC's games throughout the Seattle LAN, especially in their Loser's Bracket Finals Game 3 split-push victory over Evil Geniuses, where his Beastmaster single-handedly demolished EG's base structures. Moo's Timbersaw went undefeated at the main event until Game 3 of the Grand Finals match against Wings, with a 4.35 average KDA and 515 average GPM.

With DC's TI run still fresh in the minds of Dota's top teams, it's unlikely Moo will remain a free agent for long.
