VG.J have signed Xu "fy" Linsen and Liu "Freeze" Chang for the Kiev Major season, the organization announced Monday.

fy has been with the Vici Gaming organization since 2012, and has bounced between the main roster and their Vici Gaming Reborn roster since then. VG.J is owned by Vici Gaming and endorsed by basketball player Jeremy Lin.

Freeze last played for EHOME.Luminous, and has been with the EHOME organization since 2015. That team recently placed eighth at the Dota 2 Professional League Season 2 secondary division and 17th-20th at the Shanghai Dota 2 Open 2.

While VG.J did not explicitly state which players fy and Freeze will be replacing, their positions suggest that fy will be replacing either Lu "Fenrir" Chao or Xu "hym" Zhi, while Freeze will be replacing Wang "Nono" Xin.
