Mineski's roster has been rebuilt with some familiar faces, such as Lee "kYxY" Kong Yang and Nico "eyyou" Barcelon, the team announced of Facebook Thursday. Additionally, both Ryan "Bimbo" Jay Qui and Michael "ninjaboogie" Ross Jr., who were part of Mineski's previous roster, will remain with the team.

eyyou was acquired in a trade with team HappyFeet that saw Mineski send Julius "Julz" De Leon and Ralph Richard "RR" Peñano over in exchange for the position 4 player.

The news closely follows Mineski's announcement that Malaysian superstar Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung would be in charge of rebuilding the Philippines-based squad. As such, it's no surprise to see some of Mushi's old allies join his squad.

kYxY was teammates with Mushi during Orange eSports' semifinal run at The International 2013 and they recently both players were part of Fnatic, though kYxY was only on the roster from June 2015 to August 2015.

eyyou was also on Fnatic with Mushi, but from September 2016 to November 2016, which was a separate time period as kYxY's.

Both ninjaboogie and Bimbo will be playing alongside Mushi for the first ti. Bimbo took Mineski to The Manila Major 2016, but unfortunately finished in last place, however ninjaboogie has more to prove, as his last big achievement was Rave's 5-6th place upset at the Dota 2 Asia Championship 2015.
