Days after winning SL i-League and returning home, Alliance have opted to withdraw from the Dota Pit Season 4 European Main Qualifier. Tornado RoX will be taking their spot.

"Alliance pulled out of the tournament [the] day before their match in Dota Pit," tournament organizer Dino Lujetic told theScore eSports in a statement.

"After winning two major LANs Alliance concluded that they are playing too many online matches and that it might damage the team more than do good. Tornado RoX is a great replacement."

Alliance had been directly invited to the Main Qualifier stage of the European Qualifier and had not played any of their matches yet, so Tornado RoX will step in and take their place without disrupting any of the matches that have already taken place.

There are two groups of six teams each in the Main Qualifier and only the top team from each group will advance to the LAN. The Dota Pit League Season 4 LAN Final is the first offline final since Dota Pit League started. It will take place at the Spaladium Arena in Split, Croatia from March 19-20.
