Artour "Arteezy" Babaev and Saahil "Universe" Arora have joined Team Secret, according to a tweet from the organization's official account.

Arteezy played for Team Secret during The International 5, and left in August to join Evil Geniuses. His return to the team comes just after Secret won The Shanghai Major and Evil Geniuses took third place.

Universe is new to Team Secret, but has been a fixture on EG for years. He first joined the team in 2012, then left, only to rejoin in 2013, and helped them take third at TI4 and first at TI5. Universe is known as one of the strongest offlaners in Western Dota 2, and also played in TI2 for EG and TI3 for Team Dignitas.

The two players will replace Rasmus "MiSeRy" Filipsen and Aliwi "w33" Omar, who said on Twitter earlier on Tuesday that they have left Team Secret.

Team Secret has replaced the two players' portraits on their website with photos of Arteezy and Universe, alongside Jacky "EternalEnvy" Mao, Johan "pieliedie" Astrom and Clement "Puppey" Ivanov.

MiSeRy and w33 joined Team Secret in August, shortly after the team lost four of their members, including Arteezy. While with Secret, MiSeRy and w33 helped the team place second at The Frankfurt Major and first at The Shanghai Major.

Due to Valve's roster lock timeline, the lineup that Secret commits to ahead of The Manila Major will also be the lineup they field at The International 2016. Update: As of March 23, all members of the team have locked in on Valve's registration site.

Team Secret now includes:

  • Clement "Puppey" Ivanov
  • Jacky "EternalEnvy" Mao
  • Johan "pieliedie" Astrom
  • Artour "Arteezy" Babaev
  • Saahil "Universe" Arora

With the roster lock deadline set for March 27, EG has four days to rebuild their roster.
