Newbee's record-breaking win streak has finally come to an end. After winning 29 consecutive games, the team fell to OG in a 48-minute game during EPICENTER's winners' bracket semifinals.

OG led for most of the game, with Miracle-'s Anti-Mage leading his team with a 9/2/13 KDA while MoonMeander's Night Stalker also performed admirably, ending the game 3/5/23. Hao's Gyrocopter secured an 8/5/9 KDA and lead the game in farm with 593 GPM.

Newbee originally broke the record following their 2-0 victory over No Diggity in EPICENTER's wild card bracket on May 9. The previous record was held by Natus Vincere at 24 consecutive wins.

Prior to their loss against OG, Newbee had not lost a game since April 22, when they fell to Invictus Gaming at H-Cup.
