Fnatic qualified for the second season of StarLadder i-League with a decisive 2-0 victory over Mineski in the qualifier finals, proving they are still on top of the Southeast Asian region.

After making it through the group stage in top seed without dropping a match, they found themselves facing MVP Phoenix in the semifinals. Their fellow Manila Major invitees didn't slow them down, and they took a 2-0 victory with Mushi on Shadow Fiend both times.

In the finals, Fnatic made quick work of Mineski. Mushi took Venomancer in Game 1 and built like a tank with Guardian Greaves and Pipe of Insight, while dishing out massive Poison Nova damage with Aghanim's. In Game 2, MidOne proved that Mushi isn't Fnatic's only Shadow Fiend player, dealing the damage for his team while the rest of their heroes provided ample control in teamfights.

Fnatic is going to be busy in the months leading up to TI6. They have already qualified for ESL One Frankfurt, and now StarLadder i-League; meanwhile The Manila Major is on the horizon, and they have a good shot at The Summit 5 thanks to being seeded directly into the SEA qualifier's semifinal round.

The LAN for StarLadder i-League Season 2 is scheduled to take place July 21-24 in America, though an exact location has not been announced yet. The tournament features a $300,000 prize pool.
