Update: The team has since tweeted a confirmation of the addition of both players, as well as the departure of Park "Jisu" Jin-cheol and Leon "Lamabear" Krüger.
Original story: Recent Fnatic Academy top laner Mateusz "Kikis" Szkudlarek and jungler Maurice "Amazing" Stückenschneider are listed on Mysterious Monkeys' roster in Riot Games' league-recognized contract database.
It appears that the players were added during an early-morning change to the database Monday. Both players were members of the Fnatic Academy roster that qualified for the EU LCS, but the spot was sold to Ninjas in Pyjamas, who opted to field their own roster.
It is unclear from their inclusion in the roster database if the Monkeys will start Kikis or Amazing, but their previous jungler Leon "Lamabear" Krüger announced yesterday that he was a free agent. The team also has substitute Christian "Phones" Sieg under contract for the top position.
Mysterious Monkeys have had a rough start to their EU LCS summer split, currently sitting at 0-4 with losses to Unicorns of Love, H2k-Gaming, Splyce and Team Vitality. Week 4 will see them face off against a resurgent Fnatic roster which currently holds a 3-1 record.
