Team WE have promoted Ke "957" Changyu from their LSPL team, Team WE Future, to the starting lineup for their LPL team, WE.

957 debuted as WE Future's Captain to qualify for 2015 LSPL Spring. He played an impressive top lane Morgana during the qualifier and has since flexed his champion pool. For a period of time in LSPL, WE Future played with Kim "Khan" Dongha in the top lane, but he was replaced again by 957 and eventually transferred to Newbee.

It was rumored earlier this offseason that WE's top laner, Peng "Aluka" Zhenming, was considering retirement. On WE's official announcement, Aluka is still designated as "team leader," but he has been placed below 957 on the roster list. Aluka has a reputation for a limited champion pool, revolving mainly around Sion.

957 is not the first player to be transferred from WE Future so far this offseason. AD carry Xu "PentaQ" Mingshu joined Masters3 and participated in the National Electronic Sports Tournament.

As three players have recently left Masters3, it is not out of the question for more players from WE Future to be promoted. WE Future support, Jin "Savoki" Hao, recently changed his tag on the Korean solo queue ladder from WEF to WE, indicating still-more transfer possibilities.
