Team Dragon Knights has traded top laner Shin "Seraph" Woo and mid laner Noh "Ninja" Geon-woo to Renegades in exchange for mid laner Alexey "Alex Ich" Ichetovkin and top lane substitute Cuong "Flaresz" Ta.

"We have discussed what would be best for the team with the players and decided to make a trade with Renegades," the team said in a statement.

"We are looking forward to our playoff bout with Ember next week."

This is not the first roster swap Renegades has experienced this season. Before the split began, the team replaced their Challenger Series AD Carry Ainslie "Maplestreet" Wylie with former Copenhagen Wolves player Ales "Freeze" Knezinek. In early February, starting support Maria "Remi" Creveling stepped down from the team, and was replaced by Nikolas "Hakuho" Surgent.

Alex Ich put up a 2.02 KDA across 14 games this split, with victories only on Orianna and Lissandra. Flalresz played three games for Renegades this split, and put up a 1.09 KDA on Malphite, Quinn and Ryze. Renegades are currently in last place in the NA LCS with a 2-12 record.

TDK finished the 2016 North American Challenger Series Spring Split in third place with a 1-3-1 record. Before the split began, Ninja was suspended for taking part in trying to recruit Lee "Fury" Jin-yong from Samsung Galaxy while he was under contract. Ninja's suspension is up on March 11, and he will be able to play in Renegades' upcoming games, the first of which is on March 12 against Cloud9.

Seraph put up a 1.9 KDA in the NA CS, but in his five games subbing in the NA LCS for Team Impulse and Renegades, he picked up a 6.29 KDA with a 60 percent win rate.

Renegades are set to play Cloud9 and Team SoloMid in their Week 8 games. TDK will play against Ember in the first round of the NA CS Spring Playoffs next week.
