Immortals have clinched the top spot in the regular season of 2016 NA LCS Spring Split, following Counter Logic Gaming's loss to Team Liquid on Saturday.

After defeating NRG eSports on Saturday, Immortals held a 14-1 record. CLG, who are tied for second with Cloud9, are 10-5 after losing to Liquid. With only three games left in the spring split, it is impossible for them to match Immortals' record.

Though Cloud9 and CLG have also clinched playoff spots after Saturday's games, Immortals will take the top seed headed into the postseason.

Immortals have been the juggernauts of the NA LCS throughout the split, only losing to CLG in Week 7, and look like the clear favorites heading into the playoffs.
