Jace Hall, founder of Monolith Productions and a former Warner Brothers executive, will become Echo Fox's new CEO, the company announced via press release Friday.
“I feel very fortunate to welcome Jace to the Echo Fox family,” owner Rick Fox said in the release. “He is an industry leader whose experience, vision and knowledge of the esports industry make him an incredible addition to our franchise.”

Hall founded Monolith Productions Inc. in 1994 and served as CEO for over 10 years. Monolith is responsible for developing franchises like F.E.A.R., Shadow of Mordor, No one Lives Forever, Condemned, Alien Vs. Predator, Blood, and Tron 2.0.
“I have had the privilege of being at the vanguard of game development and interactive entertainment for a very long time,” Hall said in the release. “eSports is a wonderful arena that allows gamers to showcase their skills and establish themselves as professional athletes. I expect the industry to grow dramatically. Expanding on my long friendship and business relationship with Rick Fox, I am delighted to lead Echo Fox as we establish ourselves as a force in this business.”
Echo Fox's League of Legends team placed seventh in the 2016 North American League Championship Series Spring Split. Their CS:GO team recently added Daniel “roca” Gustaferri to their roster.
