Wan Yoo buy MF Gaming's LSPL spot, will field KaKAO and Nagne on rebranded team

Wan Yoo have purchased MF Gaming's League of Legends Secondary Pro League spot, according to the team's Weibo, and have rebranded as Wang Yu Dream. Their new roster is made up of Lee "KaKAO" Byungkwon, Kim "Nagne" Sangmoon and several members of MFG.

At the end of the LPL Spring Season, Wan Yoo was relegated from the League of Legends Secondary Pro League in an 0-3 loss to Star Horn Royal Club. Recently, Kenzi, a Fomos reporter, revealed that Nagne had joined Wan Yoo, and that the team had plans to play in the LSPL again, suggesting that a new spot in the league had been purchased.

The team have acquired the spot from MF Gaming, and have added KaKAO and Nagne to MFG's roster. MFG finished 3rd in the LSPL Spring Season. The full roster is as follows:

  • Zhang "Zoom" Xingran at top lane
  • Lee "KaKAO" Byungkwon in the jungle
  • Kim "Nagne" Sangmoon at mid lane
  • Zhang "Mushroom" Xiaofu at AD carry
  • Li "Xintai" Jinhui at support

At the LPL Summer Promotion, MF Gaming lost 1-3 to Energy Pacemaker All, now Game Talents, and didn't manage to qualify for the LPL.
