DreamHack will hold three North American events in 2017, in Austin, Atlanta and Denver, the organization announced Tuesday.

This will be the second year that DreamHack is running events in the United States, after this year's Dreamhack Austin event. The tournament will return to Austin on April 28-30, 2017, roughly one year after 2016's event.

"After the huge success and turnout at DreamHack Austin 2016, we’re tremendously excited to launch additional events in the United States," DreamHack AB CEO Marcus Lindmark said in a press release. "In 2016 we sold out the BYOC LAN party within 24 hours and the event was sold out at capacity on Saturday and Sunday. With 3 events spread across 2017, we are eager to continue to improve the DreamHack experience in the United States, and reach even more gaming and esports fans."

Atlanta and Denver are new to DreamHack, though Atlanta currently plays host to the ELEAGUE CS:GO tournament series. DreamHack Atlanta will take place from July 21-23, 2017, while DreamHack Denver will run from Oct. 20-22, 2017.

The games that will be played at these three events have yet to be announced, but DreamHack Austin hosted a major North American CS:GO tournament, a WCS StarCraft II tournament, a Capcom Pro Tour Street Figther V tournament and a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament.
