With post-TI rosters locked and loaded, FACEIT will be kicking off the Fall season with a three-day invitational tournament with a $25,000 prize pool starting Monday Oct. 17 and ending on Oct. 19, according to joindota.com.

The eight teams competing are a mix of top EU and SEA talent, including OG, Team Liquid, Vega Squadron, The Alliance, Team Empire, Escape Gaming and Ad Finem. Controversially, Team Secret will also be attending after the team's management faced online accusations of poor conduct from former players, Jacky "EternaLEnVy" Mao and Rasmus "MiSeRy" Filipsen earlier this month.

“This is one of the last chances teams will get to really practice and gain notoriety before the invites are sent out for the coming Boston Major so we expect some nail biting matches," Michele Attisani, FACEIT's Chief Business Officer, said in a statement.

The tournament's format will be single-elimination, best-of-one matches. FACEIT have not released the bracket yet, but quarterfinals will take place on Oct. 17, semis on Oct. 18 and the best-of-three Grand Final will be fought on Oct. 19.
