CLG hires new director of esports

Counter Logic Gaming have hired Matt "Trinitiii" Nausha, Co-Commissioner of the the Southern California Collegiate Volleyball League, to be the org's new director of esports.

While Co-Commissioner of the SCCVL, Nausha managed several dozen teams and organized tournaments. According to CLG, under his tenure, the league doubled in size.

Nausha is also a trained psychologist with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University and is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

“I think it’s very rare for someone to be involved in esports and also have skills gained outside of esports," CLG's League of Legends top laner Darshan "Darshan" Upadhyaha stated in the press release. "I think Matt is a great addition to CLG and will provide a lot of value for us in the future.”

CLG's press release also states that Nausha has been working with the team for two months, and has helped put together infrastructure that has helped players and CLG staff meet the orgnaization's expectations.

"I am incredibly excited to be here at Counter Logic Gaming," Nashua said in the press release.

"For the past two months I have been working with the players, coaches, and analysts. We've observed many areas of growth that we will be addressing in the coming months. Fans can expect a new CLG in 2017."
