Gambit acquire fitch

Gambit Esports have acquired the contract of Bektiyar "fitch" Bakhytov from Tengri and have placed him on a three-month trial period, the organization announced on Tuesday.

"Bektiyar will undergo a three-months long trial period. Upon its conclusion it will be decided whether he will remain in our starting line-up," the team said in their press release.

The news closely follows Gambit's surprising roster change on Aug. 11, when Daniil "Zeus" Teslenko and coach Mykhailo "kane" Blagin were removed from the team. fitch will effectively be replacing Zeus, though it's currently unknown who will be Gambit's new in-game leader.

Gambit's temporary roster will debut in the closed qualifier for IEM Season XI New York on Aug. 19-20. Here's what the lineup looks like:
