Alright so cs:go and patch notes - we get them all the time. But in a recent patch Valve launched “Trusted Mode” a weird anti-cheat system that’s causing a TON of problems for CS:GO’s player base.
We’re talking frame-rate drops, a giant impact on matchmaking - hell some people can’t even launch the game right now.
So I talked with a security expert to see if this thing is actually effective in stopping hackers or just a glorified PR move, and why there seem to be so many problems with it.
