Kecik Imba, JoHnNy and kYxY have been removed from Fnatic's Dota 2 squad, the organization announced today, August 17.

This leaves the team's captain, Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung, and offlaner, Chong "Ohaiyo" Xin Khoo, as the remaining members of the team.

Prior to the official announcement from Fnatic, kYxY was the first to break the news over Twitter earlier today, while JoHnNy announced his departure over Facebook a few hours later.

The team initially formed as EHOME's Malaysian branch just over five months ago, the team was dropped by the organization after that and later rebranded as Team Malaysia. They dominated the Southeast Asia scene, but their international success was less than stellar. They placed third at both the Red Bull Battle Grounds and i-league 3.

After being picked up by Fnatic, the team continued their solid performance and placed third at MLG Pro League Season 2, but their play fell off during ESL One Frankfurt 2015 and The International 5. They finished in the last place bracket in both tournaments.

The organization has yet to announce replacement players, but rumors are abound, the most prominent being Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier joining the team. Keep watch for official roster announcements.
