Danil "Diamondprox" Reshetnikov will play with Gambit CIS LoL for the next three weeks, the organization announced Wednesday.

Most recently a member of Unicorns of Love for the Spring Split, Diamondprox is unable to play in the EU LCS due to visa issues. The Russian jungler is facing similar visa issues to Yoo "Ryu" Sabg-ook and Edward "Edward" Abgarya.

"In light of the circumstances, I am able to compete only in Russia (at least this month), therefore I decided that returning to Gambit to help a new roster on their way to LCL is the correct decision for me," Diamondprox said in a statement. "It seems like I can't move on without Gambit, therefore I am glad to announce that I'll be representing my original team for a certain amount of time."

In a Facebook post, Diamondprox elaborated on the situation, saying that joining Gambit will "give me the teampractice I need to not lose my shape in case I get visa and move back to LCS."

In the release, Gambit also said that an official commission will be held in Berlin at the end of February to determine whether or not "professional eSports players are illegible for work visas."

To replace Diamondprox, Unicorns of Love started Charly "Djoko" Guillard in Week 3 and will start Rudy "Rudy" Beltran in Week 4.

In the first four games of the EU LCS, Diamondprox secured a 3.5 KDA on Elise, Lee Sin and Rek'Sai.
