Renegades: Banditos, Renegades' EU CS sister team, has renamed itself to Misfits, ESPN's Jacob Wolf reports.

Wolf also reports that the team has also signed Marcin "SELFIE" Wolski, Kim "Wisdom" Tae-wan and Han "Dreams" Min-Kook, citing sources close to the team.

Before joining Misfits, SELFIE was with Echo Fox as a substitute mid laner when he rejoined them in March this year.

Before his time with Echo Fox, SELFIE played with H2K-Gaming where he joined in Week 3 of the split as a substitute for Yoo "Ryu" Sang-ook. The team placed fourth at the EU LCS Spring Playoffs with a 3-2 loss to Fnatic.

Wisdom, citing a difficulty adjusting to life in Europe, left Giants Gaming in April, after two months with the team. Before joining Giants, Wisdom played with KOO Tigers. The team finished second at the 2015 World Championship, losing 3-1 to SKT T1.

After he joined Giants, the team defeated Team Huma 3-2 in the 2016 Summer Promos to hold onto their LCS spot.

Wolf states that this is the first time Dreams is competing on a professional level. He played on the Korean solo queue ladder under "minKOOK2".

The original Renegades roster first played under the Misfits banner in the North American Challenger Series in Spring 2015.

They replace jungler Matthew "Impaler" Taylor who joined Fnatic Academy, mid laner Marc "Caedrel" Robert Lamont, and support Aleksi "Hiiva" Kaikkonen who joined Team Forge.

They join remaining top laner Barney "Alphari" Morris and AD carry Soler "Yuuki60" Florent on Misfits' roster.

Misfits, then Banditos, placed first at the 2016 ESL UK Prelim. Spring Playoffs with a 3-0 win over ManaLight.
