After months of trying and five rejected visas, Vici Gaming Reborn offlaner Zhou "Yang" Haiyang will not be able to attend The International 6 in Seattle.

After his fourth visa was rejected last week, former Vici Gaming staffer Staka said that the team had arranged a last-ditch visa interview for Aug. 1.

However, according to Wykrhm Reddy, this final attempt also ended in failure. He says in a Tweet that the team’s coach, Tong "mikasa" Junjie, will sub in as the team’s offlaner at the tournament.

Mikasa previously played in for the team at the TI6 Chinese Qualifiers when Wang "NoNo" Xin was forced to forgo the tournament due to family issues.

Xue "September" Zhichuan of LGD will also sit out the tournament after his visa application was denied.

Southeast Asian teams TNC and Execration had better luck appealing their rejected visas, securing P-1s with help from Filipino Senators Bam Aquino and Sonny Angara and U.S Senator Maria Cantwell.
