REUNITED have brought on Elliot "Hayez" Hayes, formerly with Reason Gaming, as coach.

"It’s become increasingly clear that the Overwatch scene is professionalising rapidly," the org said in a statement. "Bringing in more staff is essential and with the arrival of Hayes we have begun the transition towards a more established setup around the team. We expect to invest further into this setup in the near future. Overwatch is taking off and we want to make sure that our players have optimal conditions for staying on top."

Hayez was previously a coach for the UK org Reason. He also played with British roster The Chavs. After joining REUNITED, he will head to South Korea, where the team is participating in OGN's Overwatch APEX league.

“I am really happy for the opportunity to work with Reunited," Hayez said in a statement. "The opportunity to travel to Korea came suddenly, but I was quick to react and I am excited to see what the next months brings. I hope to help the team progress towards achieving their goals, both in Korea and in the future. My presence should help the boys focus 100% on their game and become a better team."

REUNITED currently have a 1-1 record at APEX, with a 3-0 loss to RunAway and a 3-1 win over KD Panthera. Their next match will be against LW Blue on Nov. 11.
