Tyler "Marss" Martins has joined Denial eSports' fighting games division, according to a statement on Denial's website.

Marss is known for playing as Zero Suit Samus in Smash 4 and recently placed ninth in the Smash 4 Singles at EVO.

Denial's COO Ray Arsenault said in the statement that he feels Mars has great potential, especially given how young he is.

“Marss is a player that has shown he will have a bright future within Smash - only being 17," Arsenault said. "We want to be able to help him in getting to as many events as he should be attending. We can’t wait to watch him under Denial for his first event at Shine 2016.”

His first event with Denial will be Shine 2016, which takes place Aug. 26-28 in Boston, Massachusetts.
